Adding Class in MyITU

Please follow these step-by-step instructions on how to add classes in MyITU?
  1. Login into MyITU account using your MyITU credentials
  2. Click on the Student Records tab
  3. You can see "Course Registration" Portlet here
  4. When you are registering/adding classes the first-time, you will see a form "Online Registering Form". Please note that students need to read and agree and then submit this form in-order to proceed with registration process.
  5. Click on "Course Search" link here
  6. The "Course Search" page opens. Here please make sure not to select any search criteria. Leave all the options as it is and click on the "Search" button 
  7. This will return a list of courses that you can add/register.
  8. Please check the checkbox for the courses that you want to add.
  9. Scroll down and you will see the button "Add Courses" -> Please click on that
  10. After you added courses, go back to the "Schedule of Classes". You will see all your courses in this page
  11. Here please click on "Make a Payment" and do the needful.

First Time Students

First-time students upon Admittance to ITU an email is sent with a link to our Student Enrollment Agreement Form. Submitting this form starts the enrollment process. Once you have completed the form, your academic advisor will contact you to schedule and advising appointment.

Students register on a first-come, first-serve basis so applying early and registering early to ensure top pick of courses is highly recommended. For more information please click here

Priority Registration

This term, we will be doing things a little differently. In order to help students get the classes they need to graduate, we will be implementing Priority Registration.

Continuing students will be divided into 4 registration groups as follows:

  • If you have completed at least 27 credits by the end of Spring trimester, you can register online, starting Monday March 24 2014 at 6:00AM (PST)
  • If you have completed at least 18 credits by the end of Spring trimester, you can register online, starting Tuesday March 25 2014 at 6:00AM (PST)
  • If you have completed at least 9 credits by the end of Spring trimester, you can register online, starting Wednesday March 26 2014 at 6:00AM (PST)
  • If you have completed at least 3 credits by the end of Spring trimester, you can register online, starting Thursday March 27 2014 at 6:00AM (PST)

Important Dates to Remember

  • Registration ends on April 25th. Offices close at 5PM; you may still register online until 11:50PM (PST)

 

  • Late Registration will begin April 26th at 12:00AM (PST) and end on May 2nd at 5:00PM (PST). Students who fail to register for at least 1 class by May 2nd will not be enrolled for Summer Trimester.

 

  • The add/drop period will be from May 5th to May 16th and is provided to you as an opportunity to refine your class schedule by adding or dropping classes as needed.
